Dave,

This is a GREAT idea.  Would you copy your email to the RubyGarden Wiki (get
your ideas down there) where we can iterate on it to capture all the points
we need modules for.

Mixins is the right idea.

Then, once flushed out, we can RCR the Kernel method addition to Matz.
