It's looking for a file named tcltklib.rb and not finding it. I searched through the install directory and it's not there so the install must be supposed to make it. But it doesn't. The problem seems to be in extconf.rb. Look at find_tcl() and in particular the definition of paths. I don't see how this is going to find the tk/tcl stuff in /System/Library/Frameworks. So much of the install just works that there must be a better definition of paths elsewhere that we could ask Matz to plug in. I'd chase it down but I have to do something else now.
