I made gem for windows: http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=181&release_id=42789 http://rubyforge.org/frs/download.php/69355/qtruby4-2.1.0-x86-mswin32.gem or do (on windows): **gem install qtruby4 it includes all needed libraries. Just use ruby 1.8.6 and install the windows gem. I also got ubuntu 10.04 and it works very well with package bindings.
