Made some requested fixes:

- Removed dependency upon the uri package.  Since the only external
  dependency left is on zlib, and zlib will be included in the next
  standard distribution, rpkg/rapt will run out of the box (somebody
  catch it please).

- Does not complain anymore when some content directories are
  missing.

- Documentation contains an example Makefile on how to build both
  .tar.gz's and .rpk's from source directories.

- Sources tabified. ;-)


To do:

- Pre/post-installation scripts.  Sorry for not adding this yet folks,
  it's a delicate matter.

- Automatic compilation for C extensions after download and before
  installation (e.g. `rapt build openssl' will fetch, compile and
  install openssl).  Is extconf.rb a dependable way on non-*nix
  platforms?
