If you were talking about the implementation of some major
algorithm (like maybe a hanoi's tower), you would have a good
point.  Given that all a programmer has to do is remove two
names from a list, it doesn't make much difference to me how
it's done.   If a programmer can not figure out the subtleties
of some suitable command such as "if" and a string comparison,
then they shouldn't be programming in the first place.
