(Of course, I make mistakes, but that's something > else, I just mean that I DO usually know, what a method does) You might want to look into what work has been done on formal methods for other dynamic languages, such as lisp, scheme, or smalltalk, since all 3 of these will present similar problems. If there's a program prover for lisp, there's hope for ruby as well.
