Thanks for testing this :)  I think I see the problem and I'm not sure 
what to do about it.  I believe there are two issues here:

1) Events are getting lost because they are occuring faster than they 
can be processed.

2) Event #2 is received by the server before event #1 because event #1 
got a little hung up on it's way back to the server.

I believe the effects of #1 can be reduced by adding more invisible 
frames to each window.  Issue #2 is more difficult.  I can queue the 
events and wait for event #1 to arrive before processing event #2.  The 
problem is what happens if event #1 never arrives?

It appears there is another limitation in the HTML bindings when using 
the internet (this is not an issue for intranets where the connection to 
the locana server is 10baseT or better), You can't rely on the order of 
the events if the end user does not wait for one event to complete 
before triggering another.
