[ruby-dev:16200] 1.6.7 reroll

Knu suggested to make library's number be independent
of Ruby's release version. Takahiro Kambe said it's
not bad, but he doubt changing policy in numbering
in stable release.


[ruby-dev:16223] importing racc-runtime

Knu suggested to import racc runtime into 1.7. Minero Aoki,
the mainteiner of racc, agreed. 


[ruby-dev:16211] pstore.rb and sync.rb

When you want to redefine initialize in your class,
current general advise is that be sure to call super
in the class, so as not to produce ill effects on
other 'initialize'-s in some other modules.

There have been a discussion if there could be more
safe, convenient and fast way to initialize module.


[ruby-dev:16256] Rite debug API
 
NaHi and Matz talked on the design of debug API for Rite
without any concrete implementation. Any comment and
suggestion are welcome.


[ruby-dev:16283] Library Enrichment Project

Matz decided to enrich standard library in Ruby 1.8.
So he made an appeal which libraries are sutable as
the standard items.


[ruby-dev:16296] throw away stdio

There is a plan to throw away stdio and use original IO,
but it's not been settled when.
Tanaka Akira suggested to make sysread/syswrite as
primitive IO methods.
