Hmm well since Konqueror ships with any KDE distro of Linux I would
assume that it's proably the 2nd most popular browser for Linux. (if you
count Netscape 4.x and Mozilla as the same browser). For most of my test
if it worked in Mozilla it worked in Opera. Konqueror isn't as standard
complant as the other two (yet).
