I do use it in testing, i.e. MyClass_UnitTest and similar. Not for much
else, though, as I feel that when I'm using _ in classnames, it usually
is a smell that I ought to have that in a seperate namespace or
something. For testclasses, that just gets too messy since it would mean
that the class under testing and the tester class would have the same
name, but different namespaces :-P

IMHO.
