Subject: Simple Ruby mail server source?

Hi.

I was wondering if there are any simple mail servers out there,
specifically for sending e-mail, such as SMTP. 

I basically just want to have a running program that grabs whatever
e-mails are sent to my machine, do some magic and perhaps send it off
again. (I don't really need the sending functionality, since this is
just prototype stuff, and we'll most likely use some existing server for
the sending part.)

I know I could probably poll an existing server, but that isn't quite
what I want.

I did look at:
 http://www.tmtm.org/ja/ruby/tpops/ 
but was hoping there was something simpler (with english documentation?)
perhaps...
