Since the error refers to CONF.source["arch"] and it was initialized,
somebody is nilling it out. I suspect it's your site.

BTW I suspect I never would have gotten this far without libruby-frmwk.rb
from the RubyCocoa distribution but I didn't test that. It's just experience
with other libraries.
