I don't know about an official RPM source for Ruby RPMs, but a search on
rpmfind.net:

    http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=ruby

yields about 42 hits. And I do recall that when I recently installed RedHat
Linux 7.2, Ruby was one of the available packages. I bet some of the other
Linux distros are including it as well.
