Hi Yohanes,

I used continuations to convert an internal iterator to an external 
one. For the details see [ruby-talk:20270]. The same technique is 
used by Akinori Musha (alias knu) in his Generator class. See 
generator.rb in the rough/lib ruby cvs module.
