Mmm, I seemed to be blind eyed. At the rubyforge site, I can' find any 
videos. At monkeybars.org There is an section called 'Old screencasts' 
and the flash video didn't return if I click the play button. The link 
labeled 'If you have problem watching this video click here [AVI]' 
returned an 404 :( Could you please be so kind and send me a link?

Yes, I haven seen it a few years ago, but as mentioned, I can't find the 
videos anymore.
