Subject: XmlParser, Expat help

I've got the 1.6.6 for Windows installed. It comes with xmlparser, but when
run, xmlparser.so seems to be looking for expat.dll, which is not included
(issue #1)

The latest expat d/l I got did not have an expat.dll in it, it had another
.dll in it (xmlparse.dll, xmltok.dll). (issue #2)

Help me obi-wan.
