This seems like the correct one.

These seem to be config files for MySQL's test, looking at the path.

So, with any luck, if you use 
/opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/databases/mysql4/files/my.cnf, 
you should be finally set. :)
