Wow, great! I have a very big need for a fast Set of Integers (Fixnums
or Bignums) =E2=80=93 I=E2=80=99m yet to look at your implementation, but a=
m I right
that it should be more-or-less simply doable with your approach?

When I hear the history of some of the more ugly European cities,
