Duly noted.  I will not bake my gems :).  I will use rawr instead.

  What about ExeRb and RubyScript2Exe?  Are those any good?  I played 
around a few years ago with RubyScript2Exe and didn't have much success, 
but perhaps it's gotten better?  (Don't worry I already downloaded rawr, 
but I like to know all my options).
