Net::HTTP#get allows you to pass a hash of headers as its second argument.
You can use this to set the 'Cookie' header.

	http.get('/foobar.html', { 'Cookie' => 'Version=1; Path=/; foobar=42' })

From Programming Ruby:
	aSession.get(path, headers=nil, dest="")
	...
	If specified, the headers parameter is a Hash containing additional
	header names and values to be sent with the request.
