Subject: Disabling everything

Hi,

 What is the most failsafe way of disabling, from the C side of things,
the require statement, and all the IO modules?

 I don't want to use tainted strings, because that will be a pain, since
*everything* (be it created from my embedding app or the user provided
scripts) will then need to be marked tainted.

 I still think the embedding apps should have to call rb_init_io(),
rb_init_require(), etc. to enable these by default... ~,^
