From: Shawn Hart Date: 2009-10-10T18:13:43+09:00 Subject: Need help invoking debug Newbie here.. I'm trying to run a ruby program in debug mode. I used the following command: ruby -r debug debugtest.rb The response I get is this: Debug.rb Emacs support available. C:/Program Files/Ruby/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/ubygems.rb:10:require 'rubygems' (rdb:1) No typos.. does it have something to do with the reference to ubygems. I haven't played around with the installation files so I don't understand how a file could be mis-named, but who knows. And looking at the folder shows both rubygems.rb and ubygems.rb. Or is it referring to something else? I don't get it. I'm working my way through a beginners book but seem to be hung-up on this example. Thanks in advance.. -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.
