Hi,

During pre 1.0 period, documents, changelog and part of comments are
written in Japanese.  The only reason I chose English was I didn't
want Ruby to be a Japanese domestic language.

In Japan, there are programming languages based on Japanese, MIND and
Japanized LOGO to name some.  I guess the situation is similar in many
other non English countries.  But their use is limited to that country
by their nature.

I really really wanted to use Japanese.  But at the same time, I have
to be realistic to conquer the world.  If I insisted Japanese,
probably you couldn't even hear about my language.
