Subject: uninstall ruby 1.9.0

hi
i have installed ruby 1.9.0 in /usr/local/bin
also i have ruby 1.8.7 in /usr/bin

now i want to install ruby 1.9.1 as this is a stable version and i want
to install this in place of ruby 1.9.0 (i.e. inside /usr/local/bin)

how i can uninstall the previous version (i.e. 1.9.0)??

please help.
