I use TurboRuby ( http://www.embarcadero.com/products/turboruby ).  It costs 
$49~ CND after the trial expires but that's worth it to me.  I've used many 
other IDE's and editors but like this the best for my needs.  There's also a 
Rails specific version called 3rdRail (
