I'm not sure how it works, but there are a number of opensource projects out
there that are distributed under multiple licenses (you chose the one you
want to accept). Mozilla is one of them.

Given that, I would think that it would be possible (somehow) to say that
Ruby could be used under either the Ruby license /or/ the BSD license.

There's probably someone out there who knows more about how this works.
