Subject: Updated Swig/Ruby interface document

Hi,

  I decided that the SWIG/Ruby interface document needed some updating
because of the lack of examples.  The html file has gone from about 150
lines to almost 2000 lines.  If you would like to look at it and make
comments/suggestions, please look at the version that I have put on the
web:

or checkout the latest version of SWIG:

setenv CVSROOT :pserver:cvs@swig.cs.uchicago.edu:/cvsroot
