Subject: Initial version of ruby-expect

Hello

I've just uploaded development version of libexpect interface. Could be a bit
tricky to use and compile as lacks documentation but I'm going to polish it a
bit and make a decent documentation.

It was made for an in-house application that needed ssh comunication with
various machines but is suitable for many other uses.
