I got so frustrated each time I tried to script something 90% of the time was spent fighting with the language and its syntax so I never got anything done. So I thought I would try to see how hard it would be to add Ruby as another scripting language in epic4 and it turns out it wasn't hard at all. But I guess I shouldn't be surprised, most Ruby related things are easy :) The current patch has some minor issues that I'm working on, I corrected one thing today, but the big issue right now is to make each "alias" execute in its own context. And I'm having some problems doing that with Ruby from C, for details see my post earlier today with the subject "Problems with Ruby in C" some help with that would be really appreciated. Enjoy the patch :) /joakim -- Joakim Andersson ; tyrak@borgship.net ; http://borgship.net/~tyrak/
