Some of each, at least for me. Technically, Netwcape 6.x doesn't do some
things as nicely as 4.7 does; I'm waiting for Netscape 7. Policially, I
dislike Microsux products on principle. There is also a vast technical
advantage to using Netscape for email rather than M$ Outlook or Outlook
Express--resistance to infection. My e-wife's machine is similar to
mine, except for choice of browser and email products. We both are on
enough mailing lists that we tend to receive viruses before the cures
become available. Occasionally she gets nailed. I've been running
Netscape 4.7 since late 1999 and have had zero successful invasions.

So, I'm not in a big hurry to upgrade, but there _are_ more and more
places I can't go to with 4.7. So it's getting ever closer to upgrade
time.

All the best,
Bill
