Yes, and Microsoft is ultimately interested in slaving the world to
myServices. 

1.) That Sun is entirely in control of Java is FUD. There are a lot of
companies and groups involved in defining Java and APIs

2.) According to the Developer of C#, the control over C# is not at the
ECMA, but entirely at Microsoft. THEY will drive the language and the
specs (e.g. adding generics next time)
