No, I think you are wrong. According to your methology, there are three
parts of .NET. The open parts (some libs), the closed parts (WebControl,
WinForms) and the services (Hailstorm, etc.). Tell me if I'm wrong, but
I don't think all .NET libraries are ECMA standards.
