ANN: REXML 1.2.6

REXML 1.2.6 is now available, but /not/ at the usual place.  I'm finally 
moving all of my software into the main trunk of the site, so you now get 
to the REXML page at:

        http://www.germane-software.com/software/rexml

Some of my other Ruby software is also now available at the same URL; just 
chop off the "rexml" part.  I'll be migrating and posting more of it this 
week.  The stylesheets are in flux; the software index itself has some 
really ugly colors, in particular.

Please read the changelog carefully!  There are changes in the default 
behavior that you /must/ be aware of before you upgrade to this version.

Here's the REXML changelog for 1.2.6:

1.2.6: Documentation fix (TR). Fixed a bug in Element.add (and, therefore, 
Element.add_element). Added Robert Feldt's terse xml constructor to 
contrib/ (check it out; it's handy). Tobias discovered a terrible bug, 
whereby ENTITY wasn't printing out a final '>'. After a long discussion 
with a couple of users, and some review of the XML spec, I decided to 
reverse the default handling of whitespace and pretty printing. REXML now 
no longer defaults to pretty printing, and preserves whitespace unless 
otherwise directed. Added provisional namespace support to XPath. XPath is 
going to require another rewrite.
