Subject: [ANN] Advanced tickets for RubyKaigi 2009

We're now accepting advanced ticket reservations for RubyKaigi 2009
[http://rubykaigi.org] for attendees flying in from outside of Japan.
Tickets will cover all 3 days of the conference, from Friday, 17th
July through to Sunday, 17th July.

In previous years, tickets for RubyKaigi have sold out in a matter of
days. This has made it difficult for people outside of Japan to
acquire tickets, so this year we are again accepting early
reservations via e-mail for overseas attendees before we start selling
tickets in Japan.

There is also a conference party on the first night (Friday, 17th July)

Ticketing

Conference Tickets: 6000 yen # valid for all 3 days of the conference
Payment Method: please pay in person at the door # please supply some form of id
Party Tickets: 5000 yen # for Friday, 17th July

# FYI: this year, regular tickets will be sold via PayPal

Please e-mail 2009@rubykaigi.org with the following details for each
ticket reservation:

- Name
- Contact e-mail
- Country of origin/Citizenship
- Whether you wish to attend the party (7/18)

RubyKaigi is the premiere Ruby Conference in Japan, held annually and
hosting a mix of Japanese and English talks. RubyKaigi 2009 will be
held at Hitotsubashi Conference Hall in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, over 3 days
from Friday, July 17th until Sunday, July 19th. For further
