Yes, it does - I just left that out of the C&P.

The CGI does all that for you... My problem is if I take out the inner 
loop (starting with "if File.readable?(Filename) then" it works fine.  I 
just can't for the life of me see the syntax errors.

./vuln.rb:27: syntax error
./vuln.rb:29: syntax error
      end
         ^
./vuln.rb:31: syntax error
   end
      ^
./vuln.rb:37: syntax error
