Subject: rubyscript2exe TK tile problem

I have successfully used rubyscript2exe for some TK applications, but I
have not yet had any luck creating a TK app that uses "tile."

I'm using Ruby 1.8.6 with ActiveTCL 8.4.13.O.  tile075.dll.  No
difficulties running .rbw scripts, and I can create TK standalones as
long as they do not contain:  require 'tkextlib/tile'

Any hints?
