Subject: I cannot install gem

Hello dudes!!!!
I cannot install any gems. Running gem begins with "Bulk updating gem
source indes for: http://gems.rubyforge.org" and ends with
Error: while executing gem (Timeout::Error)
execution expired
Is it firewall or something else?
