Because you didn't prepare @@v in A.  No @@v is known for class A.  The
class variable references are resolved statically as much as possible.

The source of your confusion is parhaps this one:

|a.rb(main):030:0> B.get
|0

This is a bug.  This must cause error.  I will fix this.
