Subject: Ruby for Windows Download Site

Can anyone recommend a download site for a Windows compatable
installation of Ruby other than www.rubycentral.com. The rubycentral
site is off the air and I'm having trouble finding another site with a
"windows build" of the distribution.

I'd like to find something in a ZIP file or self-expanding EXE form.
