Maybe there's more to a SourceFourge foundry than they're saying here, but I
guess I don't see the advantage of this over the currently existing places
for Ruby developers to "... congregate, share expertise and news, get and
give advice, ..." -- namely, this newsgroup, the RAA, RubyGarden, etc. I
mean, if it's just another message board or chat service of some kind I
wouldn't want it to dilute the strength of any of the other outlets.
