Subject: Netbeans Plugins - how do I run them i

I have just installed a Plugin (Startup Settings) for my Netbeans IDE
but I cannot figure out how to run it. Nowhere can I find information
on how to run a plugin. I am obviously missing something - possibly a
brain...
