Subject: Adding rockit power to Rdoc?

While researching the feasibility of teaching Rdoc to 
handle Fortran 90 source (and trying not to reinvent any
wheels), I ran across Robert's

toolkit which constructs a lexer, parser, and abstract
syntax tree (ASTs) from a grammar file.

Hey! me thinks... if Rdoc could be refactored to accept
the output from a rockit run, Rdoc could handle *any*
language as long as you can supply a grammar file and
how to map the resulting AST?

Still mostly clueless about these things,
