A page on a Wiki won't scale too far, but this sounds like a good thing
for RAA.succ to have.  If we encourage users to make an entry there and
mark it at the lowest level of development (Planning, or whatever), it
won't clutter it (easily filtered out) and it'll provide information
on who else is, or was planning to impliment it.
