From: Peter Hickman Date: 2002-02-05T19:34:47+09:00 Subject: Progress with Ruby/Tk Thanks for all the help and pointers that people have given me, as you can see from my previous post things are going well. But now we have a much harder one. This is a dialog box rendered in glorious ASCII, monospaced font a must. +-------------------+ | | | MESSAGE | | | | +---+ +---+ +---+ | | | A | | B | | C | | | +---+ +---+ +---+ | +-------------------+ What I want is. +-------------------+ | | | MESSAGE | | | | +---------------+ | | | A | | | +---------------+ | | +---------------+ | | | B | | | +---------------+ | | +---------------+ | | | C | | | +---------------+ | +-------------------+ I've noticed a message_config key as part of the TkDialog hash but can't see how to use it. Can I modify a dialog to look like this or am I looking to create a whole new widget? I will be going to get Mastering Perl/Tk at lunchtime, but any pointers would be nice.
