Subject: [ANN] SIE : Simple Inference Engine - Update 1.11

My expert system shell has had a few tweaks and a whole new Tk based
front end to run the expert system in. Runs on Windows and Linux,
requires REXML and is very small (12k).

Thanks to all those who answered my Tk questions over the past few days
(there are more to come....).

Share and Enjoy.
