I've noticed the "autozone" garbage collector for Objective C has been released as open source: http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/10.5.5/autozone-77.1/ How difficult would it to be to use this as the garbage collector for MacRuby? I'm particularly interested in MacRuby on the iPhone... does open source autozone actually help, or do you need it as a cohesive part of the Objective C runtime?
