Subject: May I use the Ruby logo?

Is the Ruby logo or icon, the ruby with code in front that appears on the
Ruby Central home page, available for public use? I've got a little Mac
program, Ruby Runner, to give away which launches Ruby scripts when you
double click them. It also optionally marks them as belonging to Ruby, not
Real Basic. I want to steal the Ruby icon and use minor variations for the
program itself and it documents.
