Subject: DRb not included in Ruby source tarfile?

I notice that when you install Ruby on Windows you get DRb (dRuby).  But 
the Ruby source tarfile doesn't include DRb in the libs.  Since most 
people install Ruby on the various Unix platforms by building the tarfile 
they don't get DRb automatically so you have to go get it. 
Should DRb be included in the standard Ruby distribution? (I think it 
should be)
