  * Fixed Nokogiri::XML::Document#dup

  * Nokogiri::XML::Node.new_from_str will be deprecated in 1.3.0

* API Changes

  * Nokogiri::HTML.fragment now returns an XML::DocumentFragment (LH #32)

Nokogiri parses and searches XML/HTML very quickly, and also has
correctly implemented CSS3 selector support as well as XPath support.

to using correct CSS and XPath.
