Subject: [ANN] Locana

I am pleased to announce the first release of Locana.  Locana is a GUI 
that runs on MS Windows and on computers with Tk and Ruby/Tk installed. 
  It should be easy to extend and add support for other platforms.  This 
release includes a GUI builder that allows you to interactively build 
and modify windows.  More information can be found at 
http://www.locana.org.  I have tested it with Ruby 1.6.5 using Tk and 
linux RedHat 6.2.  I have also tested it with Ruby 1.6.5 using Windows 
2000.  It runs on Windows 95 but has issues with Windows 95 resizing all 
open windows to a very small size.
